1. Service Description
ShipRite provides AI-powered quality assurance testing services. You submit a code repository, and we deliver a comprehensive test suite and bug report within 48 hours. Our service tests across 8 quality dimensions: functional correctness, API integration, accessibility, dead UI, UI consistency, backend consistency, performance, and missing features.
2. Code Access and Confidentiality
Every engagement includes a mutual NDA by default. Your code is processed in isolated environments, analyzed only by AI agents, and permanently deleted within 72 hours of report delivery. We do not retain, share, or use your code for any purpose beyond generating your QA report.
3. Pricing and Payment
Services are offered at fixed prices as listed on our pricing page. The first Full Report is free for new clients. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices are in USD. Refunds are available within 14 days if you are unsatisfied with the report quality.
4. Deliverables
Reports include a bug report document with screenshots and reproduction steps, executable Playwright test files, quality scores across 8 dimensions, and CI/CD integration templates. You own full rights to all generated test code and report content.
5. Limitations
ShipRite provides best-effort QA analysis using AI. We do not guarantee finding all bugs or that generated tests will cover 100% of your application. Our service supplements but does not replace your own testing practices.
